Are there pole vault drills i can do at home with out having a pole?

Pop-ups are good drills to do without a pit or a pole.  Pull-ups are good for training the proper technique on the pole (pull down on the pole when it is planted).  Anything that improves hand-eye coordination is beneficial also.
