I just got Rosetta Stone today, and it is very awesome. I'm wondering if there are any other good programs like this for learning other subjects, i.e. math, reading, history, at home. Thanks!

  2. Alpha Omega has a CD learning program called Switched On Schoolhouse.  It's similar to their LifePaks but on computer with some enhancements.  We had a trial version and it looked interesting.

We also picked up a pack of CD's at Staples that have programs to help in high school..   The pack is called "High School Advantage" and gives support for high school subjects.  There are excercises and explanations on several subjects.

  3. Perhaps www.aleks.com for math

  4. http://www.aleks.com/webform/homeschool_... and they have a one month free trial for home schoolers.

    Best of Luck!
