Are there racing steering wheels out there with airbags?

I'm interested in doing a little customizing on my car and really wanted to get a racing wheel, but am not sure if I am willing to give up an airbag for the style and feel of a racing wheel. Are there wheels out there on the market that have airbags? Or are there models that would be compatable with airbags?

Depend how you think about it..

Technically, any 3 spoke steering wheel is designed that way with performance in mind. It's just slightly bulkier because there's an airbag. If you were wondering if there was some super mini airbag or something... sorry.

I think Ferrari does.  However it is not available to the general public, u have to have a Ferrari to get it.  The way I know this is because where I work we had a Ferrari Challenge Stradale crash into the guardrail and had airbag deployment on driver and passenger sides of the car.

not that i know of, im faced with the same problem right now
