Yes there are.  All people who are not citizens of my country, Australia, are aliens.

If you mean extraterrestrial aliens, I defy anybody to convince me that any have ever visited Earth.  There has never been any hard evidence that this has happened.

In my considered opinion, all stories of meeting extraterrestrial aliens are fraud or delusion.

there could be advanced intelligence here disguised as humans, there could be humanoids that are millions of years more advanced than us here from a similar planet monitoring our cultures and the way we advance in technology. you never know. an asteroid could have impacted the earth millions of years ago carrying a bacteria or DNA from another planet and that's how we got here.

I think the government tests new spacecraft/spyplanes  in area 51, some of these spacecraft might crash and the government might want to keep them secret, so they might lie and say that they are space ships. Not that there might not be space ships also. Could be.

Some people claim that some of the "aliens" are actually people from OUR future time traveling backwards in time. Imagine us studying cavemen and you will get an idea about how little they might think of experimenting on us!!

This is a HUGE question i believe there may be some on earth  in disguise (like in men in black and i am sure we are being observed there have been many sightings by people recently in the UK and they are becoming more and more common there was a sighting by many people over Basingstoke and over other parts of the UK over the last month much more than usual we won't have a definite answer until a they make contact with us or commit an act of war on us but they are out there and may be here already

An alien is any person that is in a country that is not from that country.  Mexicans in America are aliens.  Most are illegal.  ;)

Space ships exist because we make them, duh!

But if you are thinking of intelligent alien beings from planets other than our own, then the answer is no.  Thinking that aliens are in disguises "watching" us sounds almost as dumb as people who think that.  And every sighting of UFOs has proved false.  Its just people looking for attention, or they don't know what they seen in the sky and are like UFO!! when it is just foreign aircraft, or lights from somewhere on Earth.
