Are there real elves?

I'm not talking about otherkin, but physically elves

If I recall correctly, Elves are related to / a part of the vast number of races that fall under the term "Fae", and these being have long been considered to live "outside" of this world in a place where even time moves differently. As such, "physically" real elves is up for real debate.
