  2. No, there are no bodies buried in or under the Great Wall. It's another myth similar to 'you can see the wall from the moon.'

    The buried in the wall thing is a myth, and was perpetuated in part because the people at the time hated the reigning first emperor (Qin s**+ Huang) who forced hundreds of thousands to work on the wall.

    In reality, if you bury a body in a wall, the body will decompose, leaving a huge gaping hole and weakening the entire structure. The dead were buried around the wall, not in or under the wall.
