Are there really any clinics that erase memories?

No. This is not possible. ECT (electroconvulsive shock therapy), which is sometimes used for severe treatment-resistant depression, sometimes erases a lot of short-term memories in people who have it, but you cant select which memories you lose, and it's not given just because someone wants it.
