Absolutely! Riverside county is swarming with homes that are just sitting.

My area there is one section with brand new KB homes and the section has about 14 empty houses just sitting from forecloser. Homes are going for 180,000 at auction.

sure there are...even in places where you think its too expensive to live, there will always be houses that are under the market price...why? because they are put up for auction. my friend just bought a house in one of the most expensive areas in cali and she got a great deal on it. so i reccommend searching online for any upcoming auctions in your area, searching online is the only way you'll get the info...realtors won't let announcements like those get through to cable TV because if they did...the realtors would be out of jobs. so yeah auctions...or look for bank owned homes, church owned homes, etc. you'll definately find one. good luck!

Yes! All u have to do is do the right research! Oh and look at KB Homes they are so pretty!
