I'd heard that it can cause dyslexia, among other things.

  1. the first one that pops into ur feeling box is probably

    FRUSTRATION.

    and

    IRRITANCE?

  2. My father (a lefty) was forced to write with his right hand when he was in school (1940's when leftys were the spawn of the devil). Now he can write with both hands but his handwriting in horrible with either hand. But psychologically? Other than having his left arm tied to his side and being humiliated day after day in front of the rest of the class at the age of 5...... He's still angry about it to this day.

  3. The only reason for this is just another way someone in authority, thinks the other way is better. The best philosophy for anything, in my opinion is, "if it's not broken don't fix it"

  4. There are psychological problems associated with being forced to do anything.  We are autonomous creatures and thus our autonomy must be respected.  Now, if you force yourself to write with the opposite hand there shouldn't be any psychological repercussions.
