Of course there are "multi layers of dimensions". Everyone agrees upon three dimensions of space and one dimension of time. Quantum Mechanics (and more specifically String Theory) suggests either 11 or 26 dimensions (or more, depending on what interpretation of String Theory you ascribe to. The term "multi layers of dimensions" is rather vague, you might want to be more specific.

There are many theories that multiple dimensions exist. None have been proven, but quantum physics points toward their possibility
