Are there restrictions on a US company practicing engineering in Canada (specifically Quebec)?

We are a civil engineering/consulting firm in Texas. We are incorporated in many states in the United States, and wish to do a project in Montreal. Is there anything we should be aware of before registering as a foreign company doing business in Quebec? Are there restrictions/regulations for foreign engineers practicing in Canada?
