I only know the Salvation Army store, no more second hand stores in PR.

in aguadilla there is a second hand store called Mano a Mano.  its real cute.  There used to be an upscale one in Condado but i didn't see it last time i was there.

The  Salvation Army Store in Old San Juan  and  The  Flea Markets are your only choice..

The Flea Market In Arecibo is the one of the best... (basket ball court)

NO, even though there is a Salvation army, it is not like the ones in the state.
