It depend on promotion that you buy, some included transfer by the hotel. If not include I recomment to get the taxi from airport to the hotel because The airport bus have service to Phuket(please see time and schedule herehttp://www.airportbusphuket.com/english/... but karon very far from Phuket Town. The price approx. 800 Baht from airport to Karon. But don't worry you can check the price at Airport.

You can get a taxi from the airport it will be cheaper then asking the hotel to arrange transportation.  Cost about 400 to 500 baht.
