  1. you have to keep book on any site as to what they say, and go by their record.

If you dont want to keep book, then the best way to make a  bet pay from the tippster, is to bet when most of the picks are for one horse, and then the odds on the board are much much higher higher than what the tote board says. Then you make that bet.  You dont bet it every time, but you have to watch and see how many times it comes in out of so many, and then bet it when it has not come in for a while.

Or you can bet when most of them agree on a horse to win and its odds are paying you more than the number of times you can bet it out of your spending money at the races.  :)

  2. www.youbet.net  is a free site and you can bet with free money for practice.  It has live racing and limited video feeds.

  3. Here's a site that offers a few basic free horse racing tips: http://www.sure2profit.com/freehorseraci...

  4. Have you ever heard the expression " you get what you pay for "? Why would you take " free " advice from a stranger and risk your hard earned money on it? If the person has to give his tips/advice away for free then his advice obviously isnt worth a lot ( zero to be in fact )

Stick to the journos and pros on TV who tip for a living.
