  1. hi there..going on the oceana in Sept, been a few times before,Aurora is one of the sister ships, not been on her ,but the same policy applies,on Oceana it was the port side of the open deck you were designated to smoke..no problem, you can also smoke in you're cabin, but dont do what i did and smoke directly under the fire detector sensor? otherwise you will get a phone call from the bridge. As for the new smoking laws, its different for shipping as you will be leaving British waters so to speak. if you have any more queries, either e-mail me ,or contact P&O on there official website im now providing, which contains everything you will need to know, and includes there phone number and e-mail to contact them direct...have a fantastic cruise..bon voyage.

  2. theres no harm in googleing it

  3. I believe you can smoke but only in designated areas and in your cabin.

  4. latelty

  5. You might be able to smoke on the deck, but indoors it will be subject to the same laws as a hotel.

I would worry more about catching one of those horrible stomach bugs that go around cruise ships more though - but hey you won't want to smoke when you're on the big white telephone...

  6. I don't think anyone really knows so cruise ships are making their own rules. They are looking into this on the cruise critic web site. http://www.cruisecritic.com/features/art...

  7. of course but it has to be in designated areas
