  1. Yes. & certain names, too. Especially names of people who have hurt me.

  2. The honking of a car horn always makes me anxious. Also the word slit as in cutting someone, ugh! my hearts racing just from typing it

  3. breath, breathing, breathe, shortness of breath, middle of nowhere, death, blood pressure, heart attack,

The words breathe or breath or breathing trigger my anxiety because when I have a panic attack I have difficulty breathing so sometimes just hearing the word breathe or breath or deep breath will make me aware of my own breathing and then I'll be conscious of every single breath I take which will manifest into an anxiety attack...Also, I am agorphobic so hearing the term middle of nowhere makes me image myself on a back country road and with no ride and I begin to hyperventilate and then consequently die because I cant get help from the hospital for my breathing....so yeah, it is amazing how we can be our own worst enemies....anxiety is a very strange and powerful thing...can literally destroy your life..
