Question:

Are there still jackets and jumpers for sale in the shops in New Zealand at this time of year?

Sorry if this is a daft question bit once it gets to spring in Australia the shops stop stocking them.

  1. Probably a good time to buy them as there are quite a few sales on winter stocks.


  2. Of course. Same in Australia too. They don't stock as many jumpers (kiwis call them sweaters or jerseys) or jackets as they normally do, but people still do sell them

  3. Yes you will be able to get them most of the year, It was snowing in christchurch mid spring last year and new years eve i had the fire going so you won't have a problem

  4. Yes! It still get very cold at night.

    In fact all year around they sell jackets and jumpers.

You'll be able to get jumpers and jackets year round in NZ although they may become a little bit harder to find, NZ & Aus shops stock pretty much the same thing at the same time of year but NZ is def colder. Honestly if you are moving from Aus to NZ you wont notice much of a difference, cultures are almost identical.
