"Scalpers", by defintion, are professional people simply looking to rip you off. They sell the tickets way over face to desperate people.

There are always regular people out there who are just looking to unload a ticket or two before they go into the game. Thats your best option. Most of them are just to get rid of the ticket because someone in their group backed out... so thats where you will get your best deal.

Trust me, if there are scalpers selling tickets at every College football game, then they're at the Steelers games. Prices vary. The cheapest for an NFL game is a minimum of $150 for the Browns home games.
