I've been called for jury duty, but I can postpone the date to any time in the next year. In my state, if you're not put on a jury the first day, then you're released (until next time.) I'd rather not be on a jury. Are there times during the year when it's less likely I'd be needed as a juror?

  3. Around Christmas there are less jury trials.

  4. Simply put, say your racist.

They can't allow a racist person to be in a jury. If they do...then that's needs a jury after you or someone sues them for it.
