  1. The rate police force is declining, yes there are too many chiefs,Joan K was right they do need to get out of offices, and have a look at the outside world

  2. Too many chiefs, targets and forms and too few indians.

  3. Yes in my opinion there are to many chiefs and not enough good fair Indians

  4. There is enough chiefs. What we are short of is a promotion process that looks after people with common sense and is able to gain the respect of the people under him/her. What we have instead is a process that allows people that are just out of their probation to pass an exam, tick some boxes and put some stripes on.

    To many idiots with authority.

  5. This is true in all national organisations hence we pay more tax than anywhere

else in the world per person. This also creates systems where money can be stolen ie. expenses and makes systems less officiant.

A perfect example .with more and more laws coming from europe, why do we have so many MP,s if they all turn up to Parliament there  isn,t enough seats for them to sit down.

The problem is people tend to look at these things more when the taxes are pushing them into the poverty trap.

  6. Yes there are and the Chiefs need to get on the streets and see how things really are instead of sitting in their offices pretending everything is fine. You can blame the government for it.

  7. definitely to many chiefs all living off the fat of the land, same as the town hall chiefs, chiefs everywhere, why so many?

  8. Yes

  9. Yes. Definitely.

I used to wait ages for officers to come out when i was being tormented by my old neighbours son and his friends. I had to wait up to 2 weeks for them to come out sometimes. It was ridiculous.

  10. Depending on your belief in the power of meaningless hyperbole, it's yes, no, maybe so.

  11. without a shadow of doubt !

There are inspectors and superintendents in charge of things like estate management and projects involving the use computer systems, training and data integrity !

talk about jobs that hide you away from the streets and bear in mind these "officers" are being paid 45k-65k a year for the privilege

These roles should be held by civilians and a dose of reality for the work shy
