YES there is. You'll find it on 2 beautiful islands both belonging to Portugal: Madeira and the Azores. It's crazy beautiful and paradise like and very tropical.

It depends how you define Europe.

continental - no tropical areas in Europe

territorial - yes, there are tropical areas since the Carrebean Island Guadeloupe and Martinique belong to the European Union. There inhabitants are of French nationality and the Euro is used as currency.

h**l  NO!!!

Not in Europe!!! I wish there were some, but the warmest "spot" is : Portugal, southern Italy, Spain...but it's still NOT what one conciders... "tropical" climate..
