Are there tryouts for high school football teams in new jersey?

i am 13 years old and i want to join my high school football team. i want to know if there are high school football tryouts in new jersey and if so wat do they do at tryouts. is there a weight limit? please answer my quetion only if you know or hav experianced if. thank you

There are try outs for every football team in highschool however there might be age limits and for most things I've seem 13 year olds don't usually make it, but maybe your different.

There is no weight limit (high school rules), but if football there is anything like in so. cal, the football team had tryouts before the start of summer.
