And some are on the ceiling.

Don't think there is XM radio.

Depends.  Which airline?  You can check out http://www.seatguru.com and check there.  Most airlines don't offer inflight entertainment on A320s, but some do.

On the back of each seat there is  nice flat tv to enjoy.

I'm sure you mean PTV's...Airlines configure their planes in different ways, so an Airline might have PTV while another might not. But the A320 is a short- ranged Aircraft for short flights, so most Airlines don't usually configure them with PTV's.
