  1. Well, the half-serious answer would be those under indictment and those who are not.

But, I think you're going for the House of Representatives and the House of the Senate.    It's similar to the House of Lords and Commons, with the Senate being the upper house but with full power as the Lords had before 1911.

  2. The U.S. Congress is divided into the Senate and the House of Representatives.  The difference is the way in which they represent the U.S. States.

Each state elects 2 senators.  The different states have different numbers of Representatives, which is based on population - the census determines how many representatives each state gets.

This way the smaller states have an equal voice in the Senate, but the larger states have more power in the House.  There are 100 U.S. Senators, and 435 Representatives, for a total of 535 Congressmen.

  3. Yes.

"All Legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives."

(Article I, Section 1, of the United States Constitution)

  4. Yes the ones who are already corrupt and the freshmen who are just learning to become corrupt!
