Question:

Are there vitamins or something that would help with my anxiety?

I've had really bad anxiety over some things ever since I was little, and I remember my mom giving me a vitamin that she said would help. It's hard to deal with sometimes, and I was just wondering..is there something I can do? She told me to take some calcium and vitamin C, because we don't have the other one anymore. Help is appreciated!

  1. Have you tried meditation? Breathing exercises can be really great for relaxation and reducing anxiety. Sometimes those OTC medications don't work and can be harmful for some people.

    Is it possible to see a counsellor? It is rare for someone to have anxiety without some underlying cause.

    Exercise is one of the best ways of calming you down. Vigorous exercise releases endorphins into the brain - a natural relaxant. Why do you think there are so many people addicted to running?

    Try the ways above before you start popping pills made from weeds.
