Are there ways for a nanny/babysitter to protect themself?

I recently have been accused of possibly putting a bruise on a child i nanny for. I didnt do it, and its basically my word against a 6 year old autistic child. Are there any ways for a nanny to protect themself? Any hidden camera necklaces or anything? I have to protect myself against false accusations, I just dont know how? Its easy for parents to set upa hidden camera, but how can I protect myself? I am in college and do this for real money income,any help is much appreciated!

I would suggest the parents set up a nanny cam that way they can see what goes on. If you suggest it maybe they will realize that you arent doing anything to him.

Why would he blame you for bruising him though? thats really strange he must really hate you..
