Are there ways to do air alert 3 w/o injuries?

I heard a whole lot of stories about knee injuries from AA3 and wondered what the source of the problem is. Through my semi-rational teen analyzation i think it may be the squat hop b/c the other plyos look like regular safe exercises. Does anybody agree?

  1. im doing air alert 3 at the moment. people say if you just follow all exercises correctly without abusing it you should be fine. I'm on week 4 at the moment, and its doing great for me.. :)
