In the parks, no.  Just south of Jackson is a pretty good whitewater run on the Snake (at least one IV at certain levels).  Any outfitter in Jackson can get you there.  We run it several times a year for tune-ups before the Middle Fork of the Salmon and the Lochsa and Selway pre-season runs.  Also, about an hour out of West Yellowstone (to the South and West near Ashton, ID) is the Fall River.  If you can catch it at 1,000 cfs or more it's a busy little class III/IV and it's a HOOT.  The flows are usually only good in May, though.

    I also know people who have run the slash run off of Quake Lake just outside of West Yellowstone to the north and west, but I wouldn't recommend it to you unless you have plenty of extra money to replace damaged equipment....GNARLY!!
