Are there wolves in East Amherst New York?

I have been living here and have heard and seen coyotes and the other day am convinced i saw two wolves chasing some deer.

  1. I cant say no but it could have been larger coyotes or even dogs{I have a husky Shepard mix and my friends tell me she looks like a wolf}but with the severe winter and snow levels maybe they have come south
