Are there zits on my earlobe?

Okay so I have stretched earlobes. Anyway I took out my 7/16 inch plugs to clean them and noticed my left earlobe was sore and felt like it had some small bumps on it. Turns out the small bumps appear to be pimples and so I popped a few of them and they still seem like pimples. But im just wondering if its like anything bad.. Like its not some flesh eating disease or something haha that would suck.

I figured the "zits" are there because sometimes I touch my earlobes a lot and dirt and such gets trapped.

hahah the same thing happened to me and i freaked out. But ya just little sweat pimples, nothing major =]
