Are these ACT scores okay?

i improved on my practice test and now i got a 28 in english, 27 math, 22 science and 19 in reading. I got a total of 24 composite.

i cant improve on my reading because i suck

It's all relative to where you want to go to college, if you want to go to a large public or private school, you might be on the borderline depending on their standards and the major you want. For most colleges and universities, 24 is an average score and you shouldn't have too much trouble getting into a fine school with that score. My advise would be to talk to your school counselor and ask him or her what kinds of schools you should consider. Good luck.
