Record investments and progress against AIDs and poverty in Africa.

Record progress against global poverty and starvation.

Unprecedented cooperation from allies old and new.

School reform including accountability and more choice.

i agree with you except on the expansion of nato, I don't think thats a good thing.

Record home prices and low unemployment:  Not a governmental accomplishment.  Still too much governmental involvement in the economy.

Liberated Iraq and Afghanistan:  Not accomplished yet.

Progress in negotiations with North Korea and Iran:  Negotiations are meaningless.  Draw a line.

Expansion of NATO and democratic insitutions across Eastern Europe:  Nothing happened here of any significance.

Record global growth:  See "economy", above.

Record investments and progress against AIDs and poverty in Africa:  Really, World Factbook at CIA.gov doesn't seem to show this.

Record progress against global poverty and starvation:  Global poverty and starvation are caused by war, warlords, and corruption only at this point in history.  We don't seem to be doing much about this for our darker cousins.

Unprecedented cooperation from allies old and new:  Meaningless.

School reform including accountability and more choice:  More paperwork you mean.  I don't see more choice.  More federal involvement in schooling has just made things worse.

I see where you're going with this.  McCain will mean more of the same.  Obama will mean even more of more of the same.
