  1. 1 Great but make sure the toast is a multi grain or wholemeal type

and cut fat off bacon or use ham like suggested previously.

#2 Leave the sugar off and substitute fruit

#3 Not so great, forget it. Try a bowl of fruit salad instead.

  2. Go with the scrambled egg.  Not too fattening and you get your carbs and protein and dairy  in one shot.  Also try and get some fruit juice down you for the vitamins.

Whoever mentioned honey on the weetabix is not quite right.  Still high in sugar and therefore calories.  You could have a powdered sweetener instead to get the taste, but not the calories.  This stuff tastes vile when eaten dry, but mixed with milk it is fine.  Just do not overdo it.  It can have a laxative effect!

Milk, while it contains every nutrient you could need is not going to keep you full for long, and is high in fat.

  3. Not being sure what a weetabix may be, a cookie of some sort? (I'm American) I would judge either breakfast a good one to carry a person from breakfast to lunch with no problem.

some peoples might think you have too much fats in your breakfast, but the carbohydrates absorb slower with just a bit of fat in the food plan.

You might add some fruit to either and have an even better breakfast.

  4. I am also American, but I did just search weetabix. They seem to be like our shredded wheat. Do 1/2 the amount of sugar, have a banana to go with it or slice it up and add to the weetabix.

Add some fresh chopped tomato with the eggs, or some fresh or froaen spianch would also be good and a sprinkle of cheese. Have a glass of juice if some kind as well.

Add peanut butter or apple sauce to the toast. Yum.

  5. I would go with the egg and the dried toast if you have a big day ahead of you-that breakfast is loaded with protein, and it's quite large (not in a bad way). Go with the Weetabix/Toast and butter any other day, they both are good.

  6. No 1. If you scramble eggs with no added butter and grill your bacon. Good luck.

  7. Number 3 is the least healthiest. You don't get much nutrition out of one piece of bread. Number 2 sounds good, but skip the sugar and add fresh fruit to sweeten the Weetabix. Number 1 is also good, but try using egg whites for the scrambled egg part and turkey bacon instead of fatty regular pork bacon

  8. I would alternate them during the week.

    Each has an unhealthy aspect.

    1) The bacon.

    2) The sugar.

    3) The butter. (full fat)

  9. 1.  use ham instead of bacon; eat whole wheat toast and lowfat milk

    2. reduce sugar by at least half, or use sugar-sub

    3.  tub margarine would be healthier, and you need a bit of protein to keep you full until lunch time.

  10. go with the wheatbix but instead of sugar use honey. tastes so much better and better for u. i have 4 wheatbix with honey everyday before work
