  1. md golf make reasonable quality goods for next to no money, but i would go to the likes of nevada bobs, american golf and see there stock, new clubs come out all the time and these places are always tryin to offload the older stock for big savings when the taylormade R5 came out it was over 200 pounds now the R7 is out you can get the R5 for less than 100

  2. I have heard of MD golf they are OK for beginners but if you are familiar with the game of golf I suggest you try them before you buy them. This is the best way.

  3. I have never heard of them and they have no reputation, good or otherwise.

That said golf is about getting clubs which suit you so I would highly recommend trying before you buy and getting measured before you buy. Ping do an exemplary service. American Golf, Direct Golf and lots of other places offer this service.

  4. That is a good deal if you prefer steel shafts. MD are a relatively new brand, but they dont chuck shedloads of cash at tour players or advertising, so of course they can charge less for their products. I picked up an MD driver and have been getting good results from it (to the point my Cleveland got banished to the garage). MD use the same top quality shafts and grips as the 'big names' in most of their clubs.

That retailler also offers you a chance to return them within 90 days if you dont like them, so you really can't go far wrong.

  5. These are dirt cheap, and personnally I would avoid, but it is really whether they work for you.  Before buying make sure you try at a driving range and see the ball flight.  I wouldn't buy any golf clubs on the internet without trying them first.  I have heard of MD but the Taylor Made's mentioned above would be a safer bet......but try before you buy !

  6. They are definitely cheap (money wise). But, it all depends on the golfer. Those clubs are aimed for more of an inexperienced to average golfer, as they help you and fix common mistakes. They will probably shorten your distance as the loft is flatter than most irons, making the ball go higher. This is perfect if you top balls or hit them too thin. But overall, I wouldn't invest my money in these clubs. It is always a good idea to check out a golf store when buying clubs, because they usually let you try them out. If you buy the clubs online, you won't know if they will work or not (for you).

  7. Never heard of them before today.

  8. yes md have a fantastic rep for making easy to hit high quality clubs at a very low price go for them mate you find find a better set of forged  clubs for anything like them in terms of quality and price.

  9. They appear to be a nice set of knock offs (similar to older callaways). Always good to play with a nice cheap set until you know your ability and what you want from the clubs. These ones appear to have a big sweet spot (based on the thickness of the club face), so should be easier to hit. Oh, and the price looks to be quite reasonable too. And the also appear to be slightly off-set which helps with either drawing the ball or avoiding slices (won't stop the slice if your swing is too bad).

    Good Luck

  10. Think I'd go for these
