Are these dimensions for a veiledchameleon cage big enough?

I have an area for a veiled chameleon cage. I haven't boght anything yet. But are these dimensions big enough they are

18 x20 x up to 62 is this to small or to tall

Depending how old it is - adult animals need a minimum space of 36in long, 24in wide and 36in high. Of course bigger is always better though.
