Are these expressions acceptable?

If i want to say that i have to go to the bathroom or restroom now.

Can the following sentences express what i meant?

I have to go somewhere now.

I have to wash my hands now.

I have to visit my uncle now.

I have to powder my nose now.

I have to answer the nature call now.

It's kinda urgent. thanks for ur answers!!!

       It' perfectly acceptable to just say, "I have to go to the men's room." if you're a man or substitute "restroom" or "ladies'  room" if you're a woman.  Frankly, I wouldn't use any of the sentences you mentioned.  "Go somewhere" and "visit my uncle" are too vague and mysterious and might actually be confusing."  "Powder my nose" might pass if you're a woman, but definitely not if you're a man.  "Answering a call of nature" is just an attempt at being mysterious and still saying what you're going to do.  

    Using a restroom is done by every human being over the age of about two (I think that's right.).  There's no reason to beat around the bush about it.
