Are these fish compatible for a 30 gallon marine tank with live rock?

4. 1 peppermint shrimp

5. 2 turbo snails

6. 3 blue legg hermit crabs

Are these fish gonna be ok with each other?

I would recomend at least 8 of the crabs. Ocellaris Percula are the best clowns by far, but all clowns do best in pairs. You would also have to introduce the invertebrates first, as aquariums need cycling. Then it's best to wait 2 weeks and slowly introduce everything else, in 2 week periods. The damsel being last is a smart move, as they will claim the whole tank and kill everything else.
