  1. Yes,  but there is nothing to worry about. I've had mine for a bit and all my vision problems started awhile before. I was also at te eye doctor today and he said nothing is wrong - just being sure =]]

  2. You have a floater. I have a very small black dot and big black dots and strings and blobs and on and on. It started out as a couple dark dots, but over the course of 8 months I got loads of them in different shapes and sizes. I've had my retinas and eyes checked twice and was told that I'm experiencing what's called vitreous syneresis (the breakdown of the center of the eye into visible strands and globs) but it's harmless at the moment. I'd see the doc again if you are seeing more floaters all of a sudden, very intense light flashes or spots of vision loss in your sight, but otherwise don't worry too much about it. Be prepared for the possibility of more floaters, they are annoying but you get used to them after awhile.

  3. One floater shouldn't usually be an issue, but if you suddenly notice that you are getting a lot of them, and/or you notice flashing get yourself to an ophthalmologist immediately as THAT can be a very serious problem.

If you are unsure about the dot you are seeing, it can't hurt to get it checked by an ophthalmologist, who will dilate your eyes and look inside to make sure there is no issues going on in there.

  4. i had that, its sometimes in there with the floaters but its the smallest dot. Don't worry! i think its fine. See your eye doctor if your that concerned but i bet your fine. I usually only have floaters when im outside&when its bright out.
