Last track season, in 8th grade, my personal best times were 12.36 in the 100, and 25.83 in the 200. Are these good starting times for someone entering high school, and is it reasonable to have target times of 11.7 in the 100 and 24.2 in the 200? I am hoping to make my varsity track team there. As a side note, the only off-season training I do are biking and some running.
