I have two teams in two separate leagues the Mavericks and Lakers here are the lineups for the two teams. I have the roster updates.

Mavericks I am in the 2nd year and I have played 2 weeks already

Well, the Mavericks team u have is just decent and based on the info. u gave, I think you can gain more honors in the future. Of course the only gap I see in your team, in comparison with other positions, is your SF position. Of course it doesn't matter cuz you have many star players at your team (plz notice Green will grow in future seasons and I think u can count on him, but he's not superstar). Also I think if you can add a good & young PG it would be spectacular! cuz Kidd is getting old and u don't have a reliable back up for him. and at last, just keep it up!

The Lakers team seems to have no requirement, you have 5 all-star players at your starting lineup. But the only problem is your bench. You should have some decent bench players in order to fill in you starting players' place when they, for instance, get injured or... If you can sign or trade in some valuable substitutions, you'll be a decisive championship contender.

And the last problem is your salaries in both teams, especially the Lakers. It can harm & limit u in future for signing free agents and much more. If you can reduce them wisely, that would be great.

No matter how good Jackson is, I wouldn't get him. HE WAS PART OF THE 2007 WARRIORS TEAM!!!

What do you mean no salary cap? You can sign players for as high as they want?

or

you don't have cap space?

You should try trading Iverson for a young player who could blossom into your franchise player alongside Gerald Green.
