This year is my first doing track and field. I'm a high school senior and I long jumped 17'9 (and 3/4) and I triple jumped 35'6. I'm almost 18 years old, 5'5 and 130lbs with approximately 12.3, 100m speed. I've also never worked out in the weight room.I seriously want to get better. Are my jumps good for a starter? What do you think is the limit if I work as hard as I can and increase my speed, weight lift and regularly practice jumping?
