I'm writing a book and I wanted details on stuff about names. Which of these is your favorite name and which one is your favorite personality? Furthermore, do these names suit the personality? Do they suit the appearance?

Sheila Phoebe Shearwater: Smart, overconfident, leader-like, precise and a bit cynical, a bit immature, but mostly happy; Wavy Black hair, amethyst eyes, and fair skin with rosy cheeks, a bit chubby: ideal complexion in my terms; No nicknames, always called by Sheila; Older sister named Shelley (responsible and brainiac type)

Charissa-Anne Jacqueline Ama Hana Clichette: Sporty, Outgoing, Classy, Mature, Tall, Golden-advice giver, Impressionable, Helpful, Perfectionist, Friendly, Healthy, Environmentalist, a fan of Law and Government, Loyal, Responsible, Dependable, Multi-cultural (explains the many names that are foreign: Native American, French and Japanese), Deep, Insightful, thoughtful and compassionate; Filmy Navy blue hair, bright green eyes, and reddish fair skin; Nicknames include Jackie, Chrissie, Chrissie-Anne, Anne, Amy, Am... but mostly called by Chrissie or Charissa; gets younger sister named Marissa

Whitney Claire Wisherspoon: Stylish, Drama Queen, Warm, Moody, Trendy, Loyal, Attention-Receiving, Very Rich, Optimistic, Happy-go-lucky, and prone to flattery; Flowy Strawberry Blonde hair, fair skin, round face, freckled cheeks and cornflower eyes; called Whitney, VERY rarely called Whit...

Vanessa Diane Wiltshire: Sweet, kind, girly, Insecure, dreamy, compassionate, feminine, shy, sensetive, caring, and friendly; VERY long, straight, light red hair (reaching her thighs), braided, with bobs… braces, thin hazel eyes, lean and tall figure; called Vanessa, sometimes Vessie; has younger sister named Janessa (Jessie)

Marietta Roxanne Parameswaran: Sassy, Indian-Mexican exotic girl, a strong flair for HUMOR and jokes, a bit blunt, LOVES animals and children, immature, FUN-LOVING, adventurous, LOVES music and dancing, hot-headed, rough, supportive; Curly, poofy elbow-length shiny burgundy hair, shiny beige skin, dark brown eyes, exotic appearance; called Roxxi, and corrects people who call her Roxanne, Marietta, Maria, or Anne, people often mispronounce her last name; Has a 4 year old Mexican cousin named Rosita (Rosie) Mariella Rozanne Valdez

  1. my name is charissa. so deff charissa!

  2. WAYYYY to much info in your characters. You need less about the characters and more  input into the actual story

  3. I think they're all a bit too long and winded. Although i like Vanessa Diane Wiltshire and Charissa-Anne..but you should lose all the extra stuff.

  4. same, all the names are a bit much.

unless it's a running theme in the book, i think you should consider changing them, at least for consideration of your reader's memory span.
