Are these good running times?

Question

Hi, I'm in 6th grade, turning 12 in August. My brother is in 8th grade, 14 in November. Do you think I can reach his times when I'm his age? He has reached puberty, I haven't.

My times:

100 meters: 14.02

200 meters: 28.00

400 meters: 1:04.08

800 meters: 2:40

My brother's times:

100 meters: 12.4

200 meters: 25.2

400 meters: 55.9

800 meters: 2:21

hey, im also a runner but 2 years older than you, you have pretty good times. and if you keep running in high school you will progress alot and yur bro has the normal times for his age so ya i think you would be able to reach his times if you keep working on it.

Your numbers are.... okay. I'm in 7th grade, here are my times:

100m: 11.94

200m: 23.41

400m: 53.26

800m: 2:24

I'm a sprinter. You can probably reach his times, your times are really good for 6th grade. His times are great though, if you work hard and grow enough I'd say you can be faster than him.
