Are these good surround sound speakers?

Question

I am looking into getting suround sound for my pc. I do not want to pay to much for them, however i do not want them to be peices of junk. Are they any good? If they are not plz refer me to a set that would be for around the same price.

i cant find any reviews for those but here are cnets top rated computer speakers. they are usually right.
