That's very good. Keep that up. The best I know from my school is 13 seconds for 100 meters. As for 200 meters, I'm not so sure.

yea those were like the same times as me when i was 13 but i ran a 25.1 200 and i ddi runa 12.6

and starting at a younger age will probably come to his advantage if and when he runs in High School

yes they are. i was running pretty much the same ties when i was your age...

and now im 16 and running 10.92 and 22.07.
