i run on a club . queit fire .

400 - 59.3 ; 1600 - 5:20

800 - 2:24 ; long jump - 16' 10"

those are my main events .

  3. ...WOW.  You are AMAZING!! Girl, you run better than some of the boys on my track team!! And you beat ALL of us distance girls at the mile AND 800...and quite a few at the long jump!!

  4. it depends for girls those are ok times but for boys they are middle school times  not that great. Mine are 400-50.2

    800-1:55

    100-11.1

    Tho im not the best on my team hence im a freshman.

  5. for a 13 year old those are great times. I'm a freshman and i run varisty in high school and i run the 400 at 65.9, the 1600 at 5:36, and the 800 at 2:26. And in middle school i jumped 13'. If you're planning on running/jumping in high school i'm sure you'll make varisty and do really good in your league.

    if I were you I would practice the 400, 1600, and the long jump

    thats what I did and now I'm one one of the top ten mile runners in america ( high school and below) and I'm also only thirteen. But good luck.
