Are these ingredients okay?

i am making treats for my guinea pigs and i looked it up online and I found one that had whole wheat flour in it, is that okay? another one has oat flour, is that okay also?

They're completely harmless dont worry about it.

Tho most guinea pigs prefer fresh veggies or apples.

Yeah they are both ok. The oat flour is better than the wheat though and your Guineas pig will like it better.
