  1. Sushi is okay, but make sure it's organic.

Rice is fine too, but not white rice as that is bad for you.

Cereal is fine as long as it's not like Frosted Flakes or anything with sugar bcos if you just look at the fat you're missing out on the sugar levels which can often be worse than fat.

Spaghetti, like rice, is fine as long as it's not the icky stuff that's made with enriched or fortified flour, as those are both bad for you and your body can't process it that well.

Like all foods, make sure you read the ingredients. If there's something you can't pronouce, aspartame, BHT, or anything enriched or fortified, then you shouldn't eat it. If you choose to and realise the risks, make sure you don't eat as much as you normally would.

  2. Not fatty food less in cholesterol.

  3. Those may carry a lot of carbs, but those are good if you're trying not to gain weight. Most cereals are 0g of fat with like 150 calories. Sushi is great unless you buy the deep fried sushi plus the cream cheese can make it fattening. Spaghetti's great because the fat is pretty low too per serving of noodles. Rice is great if you don't eat too much ! Seafood is also healthier than beef or pork. Don't be too conscious of what you eat, you sound like a healthy enough eater.

  4. they are, if it doesn't evolve fast food, it's great, except the spaghetti, i saw somewhere that spaghetti has fat but it's healthy

  5. Sushi, rice, cereal and spaghetti are carb heavy...Seafood can be fatty...You also need fiber and protein--tofu, beans, etc....

  6. Rice, sushi (which is also rice) cereal and pasta have very little to zero fat. The fat comes from what is added to them or what they are cooked in.

Some fish like salmon or tuna are very fatty. However, it is healthier to eat fatty fish than lean ones (the so called white fish like cod) as they contain more of the healthy nutrients such as omega-3. Of course moderation is still the rule.
