Follow the tourists. Any place (especially in London) that has a lot of tourists is also likely to have newsstands stocked with imported magazines. In dense urban areas, try large bookstores and busy train stations.

However, due to shipping, the price of an imported magazine may shock you. I've seen a $4 issue of Vogue sell for the equivilant of $10 -- enough to make me buy British Vogue instead. However, many magazines are accessible for free online, like Seventeen ( http://www.seventeen.com/  ).

By the way, be glad that you're in an English-speaking country. Even if you can't find Seventeen, at least you'll be able to read the local equivilant. I'm 24 and I loved reading the local teen mags when I was in the UK! And they often come with free stuff, which is fun.
