My boyfriends daughters name is ionna ( I - ON- UH)

i really like aylianna ( ay-leh-on-uh)

i think they are just way to similarr..... and i dont want that to happen.

Well they kinda sound similar cuz they both end end in nna but not really. Honestly, I really like the name Aylianna.

It could get tricky when you're yelling for them... like having more than one kid with an L name... you end up just calling roll.

um...no. How are they similar Just because they end in "onna"? Just because they have the same sound doesn't make them similar. One is Croatian, the other is Hebrew....

Could aylianna be a middle name? Doesn't flow as well with Jade as the first name (that was what you were thinking, right?), but it would be a nice middle name...

When I do that, all I hear is the "onna" part. I really think it would be confusing.

Maybe you could consider something close that doesn't have the same ending, like Aileen or Avaline.
